Delivery Policy

DL Motorsport Parts Ltd will were possible package and dispatch for delivery all orders as soon as possible once order has been confirmed and payment received.

DL Motorsport Parts Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in dispatch/delivery of your goods, as soon as practical we will inform you of any such delays

For PO box addresses the only delivery solution is Royal Mail

Shortages & Damages

All goods must be inspected at point of delivery, any damages to packaging must be noted with courier and point of delivery and signed for as revived damage.

Any items short on delivery must be notified to customer services on dlmotorsportparts@hotmail.com or call +44 (0) 1752 276166 within twenty four hours of delivery to enable us to investigate stock and rectify issue.

Returns and refund policy

At DL Motorsport Parts Ltd, we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. 

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us at DL Motorsport Parts Ltd 
(This shall not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a 
refund or exchange where available. 

For non-faulty products

Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition & include the documentation and original packaging.

All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.

All items returned WILL be subject to a restocking charge of 30% of part cost.

For faulty goods
We will arrange a pick-up service free of charge.

DL Motorsport Parts Ltd will not be held responsible for any cost incurred during fitment of alleged faulty/mis-supplied parts.

Right to Cancel

For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 14 days after the day you received all goods/services from us.
To exercise the right to cancel email customer services on dlmotorsportparts@hotmail.com or call +44 (0) 1752 276166, or write to us at DL Motorsport Parts Limited, Unit 3 Richmond Place, Central Avenue, Lee mill Ind Est, Plymouth, PL21 9RL to inform us.
You must send the good back to us, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order. We shall aim to refund you within 14 days from such date or earlier if acceptable proof of delivery is provided.
Note, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary deliveries such as Same Day, Next Day, Super Saver deliveries).

Please take reasonable care of the goods as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
